Michaël Martineau has more than 25 years of experience in banking, finance and technology. He began his career in Paris before joining Fund Channel’s headquarters in Luxembourg in 2009 as Head of IT. He subsequently took responsibility for operations, IT and product strategy, serving as Chief Operating Officer from 2019. In 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Fund Channel, with responsibility for products, strategy and innovation, before becoming Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2026.

Having held various positions across Cacib and Caceis, with a focus on internal audit, risk management, compliance, and operational areas, Fabien has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and drive positive change within organizations. He has demonstrated leadership and expertise, rising through the ranks, from head internal audit at Caceis to Deputy CEO at Fund Channel from 2024.

With more than 25 years of experience, Vincent has held senior roles within Société Générale in France, Ireland and Italy, and led a transformation programme across Europe and India. In his most recent position as Global Head of Fund Distribution Services at SGSS (Société Générale Securities Services), he led transfer agency services as well as fund execution services. Vincent joined Fund Channel in 2022 as Head of Transformation to help deliver its ambitious objectives, before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2025.

Régis Veillet has more than 20 years of experience in business development within Luxembourg’s fund servicing industry. Before joining Fund Channel in 2020, he served as Head of Business Solutions from 2016 and previously as Head of Sales & Relationship Management from 2002 to 2016 at Société Générale Securities Services in Luxembourg. He holds an MBA from George Washington University.
